Mercy Makes the Difference – for you and your students

At GMercyU, we strive to make the college search and application process as simple as possible. We know students look to you as a source of resources and guidance, which is why we want to make sure you have all the information you need to help them navigate the application and financial aid process.

First things first, who are we?

Mercy is our middle name. Addressing the needs of others is what we do.
College is about so much more than going to class, making friends, and joining clubs and organizations. It’s about figuring out how you want to live your life.
GMercyU Griffins are students who want to make a difference in their lives and communities and it begins their very first semester. Here, they'll be introduced to our Mercy values and explore the impact they can have on their life and the lives of others. With a special focus on service and social justice, they will hone their ability to reflect on what they're doing and how it can set them up for success in the future.
That's the Griffin Edge.

Meet Aimee - Your point person for all things GMercyU

Hello! I’m Aimee Huffstetler and I’m the AVP for Enrollment here at Gwynedd Mercy University. Like your students, I recently took part in a college search myself when looking to make the next step in my career. I chose GMercyU for many of the same reasons our students do – the Mercy values, feeling of community, and the opportunity to pursue my passion. I’ve served in Admission roles for more than a decade, starting as student staff and most recently as the Associate Director of Diversity Recruitment at the University of Louisville. I look forward to working with you!

Events & Campus Visits

The best way to get to know if a school is the right fit is to visit. That’s why we host a variety of event formats – daily campus visits (including Saturdays!), shadow days, Open Houses, and group visits. Check out our visit options.
Ask us about our special events to help your students "test-drive" a major or career path of interest, like our recent “How to Solve a Murder” that showcased our Criminal Justice and Computer Information Science programs. Our “Science and Healthcare Expo” is perfect for your students who love science. We can collaborate with you on these kinds of events that can help your students discover or a confirm a future major.
Our Counselors love getting on the road and visiting schools. Check out GMercyU In Your Area to see where we’ll be next.
